Yes! Lotus Heart Studio specializes in custom attire.
Can I customize a design for the group which is not on your site?
Yes! You will have a choice from our existing collection with the ability to modify any text. Or give us an idea of what you would like and we can work with you to create a customized design for your group!
Is there a discount for group orders?
20% off the entire group order plus have access to our Signature Collection.
How much does group shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all group orders, the entire order will be shipped to the group organizer.
How do we order a custom design?
Once we discuss what your vision is for your group or workplace, our designer will create a few different designs based on the information you have provided. You will then select which design your team likes best. From there, we will create a live link specifically for your unit where each person will be able to place their orders individually.
How long does it take for processing and delivery?
Please allow approximately 30 days for us to create and customize your group apparel. Once customization is completed, we will ship your order (2-8 business days). The order will be sent to the organizer.

Can I order a custom design after our group live listing is over?
Absolutely! We will keep your groups listing open in our Private Team Orders, the only difference is that you will need to pay regular price for your apparel and you will need to pay for your own shipping. Regular processing times are applicable. If you would like to reopen a live listing for your group and receive the group discount, send us an email with your group details!
