At Lotus Heart Studio, each item is custom made to order with love and care, specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Exceptions

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the rare case that:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• There is a significant printing error that differs from your approved design or order details.

To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue.
• Your order number.

Once verified, we’ll work quickly to resolve the matter.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds for size issues, design placement preferences, or changes of mind.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and design mock-ups before finalizing their order.
